2. Alhaji A. Y. A. Alhassan Bsc [Quantity Surveying] FNIQS, BL, LLB.]
Alhaji A.Y.A. Alhassan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience of over 25 years. He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University where he read Quantity Surveying. After he studies, he joined the Nigerian Agricultural Cooperative Bank Limited [Now NACRDB] as a Quantity Surveyor and rose to become a Principal Quantity Surveyor before he left for private professional practice in 1992. He has had varied experience in handing vast building projects before joining our firm as a Consultant. He is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor and also a qualified Legal Practitioner.
3. Mr. Kunle Ogususi HND, ANIVS
Mr. Kunle Ogunsusi is a graduate of Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology. After he graduated in 1986 he joined the firm of MESSRS Jide Taiwo & Co., where he worked in the Agency Department. He rose to become the Head of the department and was later in 1991 transferred to Kano Branch as the Manager. In this position, he handled major Valuation assignments for Banks and other corporate organizations. He resigned from the Company in January 1993 and joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company. He is presently a Partner in the firm.
4. Mr. Gbenga Oshosanya HND [Quantity Surveying]
Mr. Gbenga Oshosanya graduated from Kaduna Polytechnic where he read Quantity Surveying. After his graduation in 1993 he joined the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co., in the Valuation Department he was later seconded to Kaduna South Office to oversee the Branch operations and was subsequently transferred to the Head office as Manager. He is presently the General Manager. He is happily married.
6. Mr. Makanjuola Longe BSC [Estate Management]
Mr. Makanjuola Longe is a graduate of Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. He graduated in 1988 and joined the firm of Bola Onabadejo & Co. and later the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co. recently the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co., in our Lagos Office and presently our branch Manager in Lagos Office.
7. Mr. Femi Elebiyo HND [Estate Management]
Mr. Femi Elebiyo is a graduate of Kaduna Polytechnic where he read Estate Management. After his graduation in 2001 he joined the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co., in our Abuja Office as an Estate Surveyor. He is presently the Branch Manager of our Abuja Branch Office.
10. Mr. Isaac Ogundiran [HND Estate Management]
Mr. Isaac graduated from Nassarawa Polytechnic, in Department of Estate Management of Nassarawa Polytechnic. After his graduation in 2007 he had his NYSC with Southern Anang Secondary School, Ikot okoro, Oruk-Anam Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State in 2008; He immediately joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor after service in 2009 he is presently in the Management Department in the Head office.
11. Miss Yemi Babatope HND [Estate Management]
Miss Yemi Babatope she is a graduate of Estate Management from Osun College of Technology; After her graduation in 2002, she had her NYSC with Omuahia South Local Government as an Estate Officer; after which she joined a property development company, Bode Adediji & Partnership Lagos, later transferred to Abuja where she now joined Supo Ojo & Co. Abuja as an Estate Surveyor and worked there until 2008 when she joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor in the Property Management unit of the Abuja Branch.
12. Mr. Olufemi Adeniran HND [Estate Management]
Mr. Olufemi Adeniran is a HND graduate of Kwara State Polytechnic where he read Estate Management. After his graduation in 2007 he joined the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Company, in the Agency Department of our Abuja Office.
13. Mr. Amoo Kehinde Olayinka [HND Estate Management]
Mr. Amoo graduated from The Polytechnic Ibadan, in Department of Estate Management of The polytechnic Ibadan. After his graduation in 2007 he had his NYSC with (NCCF) Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship in Kaduna, South Local Government Area of Kaduna State; after which he joined Law Union and Rock Insurance as Retail Marketer in 2009, till February 2010 when he joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor he is presently in the Manager of the Kaduna South office.
