Mr. Tunji Adeniyi BSC, FNIVS, ARVA, AMNIM (PRINCIPAL PARTNER)
Mr. Tunji Adeniyi graduated from University of Ife [now Obafemi Awolowo University] where he obtained Second Class Upper Division in Estate Management in 1984. After graduation he had his NYSC attached with the Estate & Quartering Department of Federal Capital Development Authority, Abuja. Thereafter, in September 1985 he joined the Professional practicing firm of L. Ade Afolabi & Partners Ibadan as a pupil Surveyor and worked there until March 1986 when he joined the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co Lagos as an Estate Surveyor in the Valuation Department. In October 1986 he was transferred to Kaduna to pioneer the Kaduna Branch Office of the Firm where he had to coordinate and manage all aspect of the professional practice.
Mr. Adeniyi rose from Brach Manager to Associate partner and ultimately a full partner in the firm until December, 1992 when he voluntarily resigned and established the firm of Messrs. Tunji Adeniyi & Co. in January 1993 as its Principal Partner.
He has had the opportunity of handling major assignments such as:-
1. Valuation of Assets of Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos;
2. Valuation of Assets of Daily Times of Nigeria all over Nigeria;
3. Valuation of Assets of Peugeot Automobile Limited, Kaduna;
4. Valuation of Assets of Nigerian Telecommunication Ltd. [NITEL];
5. Valuation of Assets of Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd;
Mr. Adeniyi has professional affiliations and membership of the following Bodies:-
1. A Fellow of Nigerian institution of Estate surveyors and Valuer [FNIVS];
2. A registered member of Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
3. Associate member of Rating and Valuation Associate of Great Britain [ARVA];

5. A member of American Kaduna Chamber of Commerce.Mr. Adeniyi has attended so many professional conferences both in Nigeria and Abroad. He is married with four children.
Alhaji A. Y. A. Alhassan Bsc [Quantity Surveying] FNIQS, BL, LLB.]
Alhaji A.Y.A. Alhassan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience of over 25 years. He graduated from Ahmadu Bello University where he read Quantity Surveying. After he studies, he joined the Nigerian Agricultural Cooperative Bank Limited [Now NACRDB] as a Quantity Surveyor and rose to become a Principal Quantity Surveyor before he left for private professional practice in 1992. He has had varied experience in handing vast building projects before joining our firm as a Consultant. He is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor and also a qualified Legal Practitioner.
Mr. Gbenga Oshosanya HND [Quantity Surveying]
Mr. Gbenga Oshosanya graduated from Kaduna Polytechnic where he read Quantity Surveying. After his graduation in 1993 he joined the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co., in the Valuation Department he was later seconded to Kaduna South Office to oversee the Branch operations and was subsequently transferred to the Head office as Manager where he coordinates the firm’s Valuation Department. He is presently the General Manager. He is happily married. He has successfully coordinated all our major Valuation Assignments such as:
1. Valuation for Compensation and payment for the Construction of Suleja-Bakin Iku-Abuja Road.
2. Compensation Valuation and payment for Construction of Sagbema-Igbekibo Road in Ondo State.
3. Compensation Valuation of acquired Land for Port-Harcourt- Mbiama Road, River State on behalf of Federal Ministry of Transportation.
4. Compensation Valuation at site for FCTA/Primesoil Limited Private Partnership Agriculture Development Project at Piri, Kwali Area Council, Abuja (LOT 8).
5. Compensation Valuation on Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
6. Compensation Valuation of acquired land for Kano-Maiduguri Road on behalf of Federal Ministry of Works.
Mr. Makanjuola Longe BSc [Estate Management]
Mr. Makanjuola Longe is a graduate of Estate Management from Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. He graduated in 1988 and joined the firm of Bola Onabadejo & Co. and later the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co. recently the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co., in our Lagos Office and presently our branch Manager in Lagos Office.
Mr. Femi Elebiyo HND [Estate Management] [ANIVS]
Mr. Femi Elebiyo is a graduate of Kaduna Polytechnic where he readEstate Management. After his graduation in 2001 he had his NYSC at the Central Bank of Nigeria Head office Abuja after which he joined the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co. in our Abuja Office as an Estate Surveyor. He has worked in the Head Office and also some of the Firms Branch Office. He is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is presently the Branch Manager of our Abuja Branch Office.
Mr. Kunle Ogususi HND, ANIVS
Mr. Kunle Ogunsusi is a graduate of Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology. After he graduated in 1986 he joined the firm of MESSRS Jide Taiwo & Co., where he worked in the Agency Department. He rose to become the Head of the department and was later in 1991 transferred to Kano Branch as the Manager. In this position, he handled major Valuation assignments for Banks and other corporate organizations. He resigned from the Company in January 1993 and joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company. He is presently a Partner in the firm.
Mr. Isaac Ogundiran [HND Estate Management]
Mr. Isaac Ogundiran graduated from Nassarawa Polytechnic, in Department of Estate Management of Nassarawa Polytechnic. After his graduation in 2007 he had his NYSC with Southern Anang Secondary School, Ikot okoro, Oruk-Anam Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State in 2008; He immediately joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor after service in 2009 he is presently in the Management/Agency Department in the Head office.
Mrs. Yemi Adugbe [Nee Babatope] HND [Est. Management]
Mrs Yemi Adugbe is a graduate of Estate Management from Osun College of Technology; After her graduation in 2002, she had her NYSC with Umuahia South Local Government in Abia State as an Estate Officer; after which she joined a property development company, Bode Adediji & Partnership Lagos, later transferred to Abuja where she now joined Supo Ojo & Co. Abuja as an Estate Surveyor and worked there until 2008 when she joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor in the Property Management unit of the Abuja Branch.
Mr. Ayeni Samuel [ANIVS, RSV]
Mr. Ayeni O. Samuel graduated from The Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State in the year 2009. He had his NYSC with Tunji Adeniyi & Co from March 2010 to Feb 2011 and after which he was gainfully employed with the same firm in 2011. He proceeded for his Professional Examination in the year 2013 and got elected as an Associate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in the year 2016 [ANIVS]. He is an affilate member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and got registered as a Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer in the year 2017. He presently Heads the Agency Department at the Head Office.
Mr. Amoo Kehinde Olayinka [ANIVS, RSV]
Mr. Amoo Kehinde Olayinka is a graduate of Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan with Upper Credit in the Higher National Diploma level in 2007. He proceeded to the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University in 2012 for a Post graduate Diploma in Law and graduated with a Credit Level in the faculty. After, his graduation in 2007, he served the Nation as the President of the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF) and upon his National Youth Service completion, he worked briefly at Law Union & Rock Insurance Company as Retail Marketer from October, 2009 to January, 2010 from where he joined the firm of Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor. He is presently the Manager of the Kaduna South Office of the company. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and a Registered/Chartered Member of the Estate Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
Mr. Oluwagbenga Adegboye [ANIVS]
He graduated from Covenant University Otta, Ogun State in the Department of Estate Management. After his graduation in 2009, he had his NYSC with Bank of Agric in Kaduna and joined Messrs Tunji Adeniyi & Company as an Estate Surveyor in 2011; he proceeded to Scotland in September 2012 where he had his MSc. Facilities Management at the Edingburh Napier University. He proceeded for his Professional Examination in the year 2012 and got elected as an Associate Member of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in the year 2017 [ANIVS]. He is presently a Senior Surveyor in the Valuation Department at the Head Office in Kaduna.
Mr. Augustine Oluwasegun Bello MSc. [Facilities & Property Management]
Mr. Augustine Oluwasegun Bello graduated from Bayero University Kano in 2005 in the Department of Geography. After his graduation in 2005 he had his NYSC with Nestle Nigeria Plc. in Maiduguri Borno State between 2006 to 2007. He joined Messrs. Tunji Adeniyi & Company in June 2007; he proceeded to UK in September 2012 where he had his MSc. Facilities and Property Management at the University of Westminster London. He is an affiliate of Association of Project Managers Group (APMG) International, and presently the Head of Project Management and Property Development in the Head office.
Mr. Segun E. Ajala BSc (Estate Management)
Mr. Segun E. Ajala is a BSc. graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun State where he read Estate Management. After his graduation in 2008 he joined the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Company, in the Facility Management Department of our Abuja Office.
Mr. Festus E.O. Ayo HND (Estate Management)
Mr. Festus E.O. Ayo is a graduate of Estate Management from Department of Estate Management Kaduna Polytechnic. After his graduation in 2013 he had his NYSC with Ekiti State Government Remedial College, Igede-Ekiti, Ekiti State Nigeria, after which he join the firm of Joachim Opara & Associate in 2014 to 2016, he then join the firm of Tunji Adeniyi & Co s an Estate Surveyor in Management Department in the Head Office.
